Governance and Ethics

Greenbrier’s leadership is dedicated to sound governance strategies, including inclusive hiring practices and managing business and affairs for the benefit of our stakeholders.

This year, we:

  • Attained a gender-balanced board of directors
  • Continued to support the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) program
  • Introduced a third-party, automated risk management system to monitor customer and supplier compliance with all international laws and regulations
